How to Request Deletion of Your Data
Renew Marketing respects your right to request deletion of personal data we hold about you, including data obtained through the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or Google platforms in the course of providing our services.
Submitting a Request
To request deletion, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include enough detail for us to identify the data — for example, the name and email address you provided, or the Facebook Page or Instagram account involved. We will acknowledge your request and delete the relevant personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it to meet a legal obligation. If the request concerns data tied to a business account we manage on behalf of a client, we will coordinate with the account owner as appropriate.
Removing App Access Yourself
If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account to one of our applications, you can remove our app's access at any time in your Facebook or Instagram settings — under Business Integrations (Facebook) or Apps and Websites (Instagram).
